Meet Tri-Cities Attorney Jessica Newhart
Located in Kingsport, Jessica Newhart Attorney at Law was founded to help individuals and families across the Tri-Cities region with the legal challenges they may encounter over their lifetimes. I am attorney Jessica Newhart, and I established my Tennessee practice in 2010 to help everyday people navigate the complicated legal system.
For me, being a lawyer is more than just a job. I strive to truly help my clients with issues that are difficult and frustrating for them to overcome on their own. By walking you through the legal process and keeping you fully informed on the details of your case, I hope to help you make the most informed decisions so you and your family can meet your goals.
Dedicated To Helping Children And Their Families
I knew being an attorney was my passion when I was able to work as a guardian ad litem for children affected by their parents’ divorces. Today, I continue to provide children and their parents with the counsel they need to make the best decisions for their families’ futures.
Divorce isn’t easy – legally, financially or emotionally. My practice is dedicated to helping families through all aspects of this difficult process so they can move on to their next chapter.
I also assist families with the joyous occasion of growing through adoption. This is a happy time, but it can be fraught with legal quagmires and delays. Whether you are interested in infant adoption, stepparent adoption or some other aspect of adoption, I will work with you to ensure this important life event goes smoothly.
Ensuring The Justice System Treats You Fairly
When you are accused of a crime, you may not even know where to begin. While I first started practicing in family law, I soon saw the importance of also helping clients through one of the most trying times of their lives – when they’ve been charged with a crime. From driving under the influence (DUI) arrests to drug crimes and more, I can help you understand the law and navigate the system. My goal is to reduce or eliminate the charges against you.
